Hazardous Waste
The Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2005 broadened the definition of hazardous waste to include a further two hundred new waste types. Many more companies are now hazardous waste producers.
Hazardous waste producers are required to be pre-register with the Environment Agency before any hazardous waste can be collected from their premises. Chemwaste offer a hassle free service to register any premise on behalf of the client.
