The family business that is Chemwaste Limited was established in 1981 and has provided quality waste disposal services throughout the UK ever since. Over the past 25 years Chemwaste Limited has evolved into a highly professional waste management organisation without losing the values of a family run company.
Today all Chemwaste Limited operations are run from the head office at the West Yorkshire Treatment Centre. Chemwaste Limited moved to this site in 1994 to operate a waste transfer station under waste management license 1504.
In 1999 developments were made at the site and a physico chemical treatment plant was built to treat both hazardous and non-hazardous aqueous wastes under waste management license 1569.
In June 2006 Chemwaste Limited was successful in their application for an Integrated Pollution Prevention Control (IPPC) permit. The permit (LP3137SU) has succeeded waste management license 1569 for the treatment of waste at the facility.
Chemwaste Limited provides an extensive range of waste management and environmental services. Our activities include the collection, treatment and transfer of hazardous and non-hazardous waste from a range of organisation including single retail outlets, multi-site operations and large-scale industry.
